This workshop will focus on using specific record groups in the State Archives most effectively, and ways to stay organized as you gain more genealogical experience and information. Topics to be included are how to find female ancestors, effectively using deeds, and records that can substitute for a lack of vital records. Preregistration is required.Cost is $40 for adults and $30 for students and Friends of the Archives members. This workshop will be held at Aycock Birthplace 264 Governor Aycock Rd. Fremont, NC.
